This reminds me of Spongebob. Not Mr. Squarepants himself, just the aquatic-ness of the creature. I think it's cute how its wearing a film noir outfit. Have you seen TNG? I used to watch it religious, it reminds me of the Nicky the Nose character that Captain Picard was in a few episodes.
